ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The ISO 9001 standard, which is the most applied all over the world, was renewed in 2015. The date of transition to the 2015 version is 14.09.2018.

With the new version of the standard, a High-level Standard structure has been formed with ISO ANNEXSL requirements. Thanks to this structure created, similar definitions and titles are included in all management system standards.

The most distinctive feature of the version is the risk-based approach. The fact that risk is applied with a systematic approach instead of being evaluated as a single component of the “Quality Management System”. With the risk-based approach to be applied in the Quality Management System, the system becomes pro-active from reactive state, Continuous improvement
It is aimed to support the risk-based approach instead of preventive activities.

Another important change in the ISO 9001:2015 version is the needs of the other party. The new version also requires a context analysis to identify interested parties and understand their expectations. Proving the need to provide products and services, compliance with legal requirements and increasing customer satisfaction have always been implemented as a goal.
